Personal Injury Lawsuit Against TGI Friday’s Settles For $1.6 Million Settlement

A plaintiff recently settled a personal injury case for injuries sustained as a customer of TGI Friday’s restaurant in Watchung, NJ. Plaintiff was sitting at the bar of the establishment in 2010, when a portion the ceiling fell and struck her her on her head and shoulder. Plaintiff sustained multiple serious injuries that required shoulder surgery, a discectomy and a spinal fusion. Though finished with treatment, she still experiences pain in connection with the injuries. The settlement was reached before trial against the restaurant enterprise.
