$2.67 Million Award in Ocean County, NJ Motorcycle Collision Case

On October 21, 2013, a New Jersey Superior Court  jury in Ocean County awarded an injured motorcyclist $2.67 million in a personal injury lawsuit against the negligent driver who hit him.  As a result of the incident, the plaintiff suffered a compound fracture of the lower right leg, cervical injuries, broken fingers and underwent six surgeries on the injured leg.  In ruling for the injured plaintiff, the jury allocated damages for pain and suffering, past and future wage loss, medical costs and loss of household assistance.
