New Jersey Personal Injury Lawyers

A plaintiff who alleged that Jersey City Medical Center and its staff failed to properly diagnose a stroke recently settled his medical malpractice lawsuit for $1 million. It was alleged that, after Plaintiff was taken to Jersey City Medical Center exhibiting signs of a stroke, the medical center and its employees failed to administer appropriate treatment, which would have given plaintiff a chance of full or near full recovery. As a result of the alleged late-diagnosis, Plaintiff suffered brain damage. Plaintiff now has limited use of the right side of his body, can no longer work and requires assistance in daily activities. The case was settled at trial during jury selection.
