Man Who Lost Eye In Motor Vehicle Accident Settles Pre-Suit For $1.9 Million

A man who lost his eye in a motor vehicle accident recently settled his case pre-suit for $1.9 million. The man’s car was rear ended while he was stopped in traffic on an exit ramp off Highway 684 in New York. The injures required the surgical removal of his eye, among others. The man, now 29, now has a prosthetic eye which requires drops and causes continuing pain. The case settled out of court prior to the filing of a lawsuit.
